AK Media LLC is the copyright holder of any image we produce. The copyright of an image is not transferred to any other party unless a specific written agreement is made. Licensing may be obtained for various applications of images. Please contact us for more details.
Photo Rights and Usage:
The original client who paid for this service has permission to use these images on any electronic or printed form of advertisement for the promotion of that property. The licensing agreement is valid only for the duration the home/property is listed for sale and cannot be reused without specific written permission. Images cannot be sold to another agent who takes over an expired or withdrawn listing, as the purchasing agent does not own the photographs, but rather the right to use them during the specific term the property is for sale. The purchasing agent may reuse photos if the property is temporarily removed from the market.
Measurements and Floor Plans:
The price for measurements is based on total area measured and not solely the Heated Living Area of the property. For a more accurate measurement, AK Media LLC adheres to current American National Standards Institute (ANSI) standards and the current "North Carolina Residential Square Footage Guideline" approved by ANSI and recognized by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission for single-family dwellings and townhouses for both North and South Carolina. Heating Living Area is calculated by hand-measuring the footprint of the property, while interior dimensions listed on the floor plan are approximated using Lidar technology. While we take utmost care in our measurements, we are not liable for any discrepancies or errors in the dimensions provided. Clients agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or resulting from our measuring services, except where caused by willful misconduct. Our liability is limited to the cost of our measuring services.
Payment/Refunds:
Our automated system allows photos to be downloaded as soon as the balance is settled. Once you have paid for the photos, full refunds cannot be given. In the rare case that you are not satisfied with our services, we may offer a partial refund on a case-by-case basis after speaking with you over the phone or in person. We are not interior designers, and we photograph spaces "as-is." All rooms, exterior spaces, etc. should be ready to photograph when the photographer arrives. Any reshoot requested because of out of place furniture, decor, messy spaces, etc. will be at the client's expense. Matterport 3D Tours cannot be refunded. If a balance has gone unpaid after services have been received for a period longer than 30 days, we may use a payment method you have on file with us.
